INGREDIENTS
Simple burger patties (either Costco pre-made frozen, or make rough patties with organic
ground beef) – Grill these or pan-fry
Lettuce of choice (I like romaine or Boston lettuce for a burger bowl, but will use spring
greens or spinach too)
¼ red onion sliced and prepared by letting soak in a bowl of water/teaspoon of salt for 10
minutes before chopping
Cherry tomatoes sliced once
Grillo or other non-dye pickles
Sweet potato slices (I airfry them in circles or flat spears at 400 for 15 min until fork-tender and slightly browning)
instructions
Assemble all ingredients and add dressing:
2 tablespoons Homemade mayo (3 egg yolks, juice of half a lemon – immersion blended in a mason jar and then add avocado oil slowly while blending with an immersion blender until you get the desired mayo consistency)
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar or pickle juice
1 tablespoon ketchup

Whisk together, add S&P
