INGREDIENTS

  • Mixture of any fruits you have on hand to fill up the blender about ¾

    o Organic blueberries

    o Organic strawberries

    o Organic mango

    o Organic pineapple

    o Organic passion fruit

    o Organic dark cherries

  • Add 1 banana

  • instructions

  • Fill about ¾ with water or coconut water if not Whole30

  • Add dash of honey if not Whole30, or several dates if Whole30

  • Optional adds: handful of almonds, almond butter, chia seeds, or flax seeds (if not Whole30)

  • Blend increasing to high speed for 2 minutes
