Mixture of any fruits you have on hand to fill up the blender about ¾
o Organic blueberries
o Organic strawberries
o Organic mango
o Organic pineapple
o Organic passion fruit
o Organic dark cherries
Add 1 banana
instructions
Fill about ¾ with water or coconut water if not Whole30
Add dash of honey if not Whole30, or several dates if Whole30
Optional adds: handful of almonds, almond butter, chia seeds, or flax seeds (if not Whole30)
Blend increasing to high speed for 2 minutes
