INGREDIENTS

  • 3 tablespoons chia seeds

  • ½ cup coconut milk (light or full fat)

  • ½ cup pistachio or hazelnut milk (single ingredient), or water

  • Dash of cinnamon

  • instructions

  • Add ingredients to a glass mason jar and mix around so the chia gets fully swirled into the liquid. Let sit overnight

  • Serve with mixed berries, some chopped pistachios, walnuts, or pecans, and a dash of cinnamon on top
