CHIA PUDDING

INGREDIENTS
3 tablespoons chia seeds
½ cup coconut milk (light or full fat)
½ cup pistachio or hazelnut milk (single ingredient), or water
Dash of cinnamon
instructions
Add ingredients to a glass mason jar and mix around so the chia gets fully swirled into the liquid. Let sit overnight
Serve with mixed berries, some chopped pistachios, walnuts, or pecans, and a dash of cinnamon on top
