beet & ginger immunity juice

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 raw beets, quartered

  • 2 inches of fresh ginger, roughly chopped

  • 2 stalks of celery, roughly chopped

  • 1 cup frozen pineapple

  • 1 cup filtered water

  • Juice of one lemon

  • instructions

  • Blend all ingredients well in a Vitamix or other strong blender (or food processor). Save

    leftover for the next day!
