Air-Fryer Buffalo Cauliflower

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 large head of cauliflower or a bag of florets

  • ½ cup of buffalo sauce (Primal Kitchen is Whole30 compliant)

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • S&P to taste

  • Optional: 3 tablespoons of almond flour to coat/make more crispy

  • instructions

  • Toss all ingredients in a large bowl

  • Airfry at 400 (I use the airfryer setting on my oven, or you can also bake instead), about 20

    min flipping halfway. If not crispy after 20 minutes, set the timer for 5 minutes once and

    perhaps once more until the desired crispiness is achieved.
