Orange Ginger Chuck roast

COOK TIME: 3-4 HOURS PREP TIME: 20 MIN TOTAL TIME: 4 HOURS & 20 MIN SERVINGS: 4

INGREDIENTS

  • 3-4 lbs of beef chuck

  • 2 navel oranges

  • 1 container kettle & fire beef broth (maybe more, depending on how full the one container

    make your Dutch Oven)

  • 2 inches of ginger, peeled and finely chopped – more if you like ginger!

  • 2-3 cloves of garlic, peeled and finely chopped

instructions

  • Add all ingredients to dutch oven, salting the meat on both sides well before placing it in oven

  • Cook at 325 for 3-4 hours. If you like crispy beef, you can turn on the broiler and ensure the beef is

  • sticking out of the broth and broil for a few minutes at the end.
