DIJON GINGER SALMON

INGREDIENTS
1 piece of wild-caught salmon a (couple of pounds)
2 tablespoons Dijon
2 inches of fresh ginger, peeled and finely chopped
Sea salt
instructions
Slather salmon in Dijon, sprinkle ginger on top, and sprinkle with sea salt
Cook at 400 for about 12-15 min (depending on the size of the fish, check to see that pink and flaky or internal temp is around 145)
You can add miso to this too – a tablespoon also slathered on top – if not doing Whole30
