DIJON GINGER SALMON

COOK TIME:20 MINS PREP TIME: 5 MIN TOTAL TIME: 15-20 MIN SERVINGS: 2

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 piece of wild-caught salmon a (couple of pounds)

  • 2 tablespoons Dijon

  • 2 inches of fresh ginger, peeled and finely chopped

  • Sea salt

  • instructions

  • Slather salmon in Dijon, sprinkle ginger on top, and sprinkle with sea salt

  • Cook at 400 for about 12-15 min (depending on the size of the fish, check to see that pink and flaky or internal temp is around 145)

  • You can add miso to this too – a tablespoon also slathered on top – if not doing Whole30
